Pandan Chiffon Cake

Group A

Pandan Chiffon Mix 250gm

Eggs 250gm

UHT Milk / Water 40gm

Pandan leaves juices 10gm

Group B

Vegetable oil 40gm

Method

1. Whisk Group A 1minute at low speed.

2. Whisk 10minute on medium speed.

3. Blend in slowly Group B for 1 minute in low speed.

4. Place in chiffon cake mould bake 180’c for 45minute.
